Our Journey to One Year
Getting to this milestone didn’t come easy. Before BestBüds officially opened its doors, there were plenty of setbacks, delays, and hurdles. The kind that test your patience and your purpose. But for founders Amanda Terpstra and Lauren Trujillo, giving up was never an option.
Both former soccer players turned entrepreneurs, Amanda and Laura built BestBüds from the ground up with grit and a shared belief that cannabis could bring real connection and relief to their community. They poured their passion into creating a space that’s welcoming, women-run, and proudly Hispanic-owned. It’s a reflection of the strength, resilience, and authenticity behind the brand.
